Welcome to Lineage II eXoDoCy Server

SERVER RULES:

NOTE: Because you play in this server for free, we don’t give any guarantee and we do not accept any claims.

General Rules High Rate Server:

1. Dual boxing is Not Allow,It is not allowed to have 2 chars out of town at the same time played by one person, or to have one sat in town with a shop open or logged in for cov/pow/pof/etc. 1 person = 1 account online at any one time.
2. While playing Lineage II, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. Offence(cursing, swearing, rasicm, etc.) of other players, showing disrespect to GMs and all other ways of humiliation will lead to mute/jail/ban depending on severity.
3. Do not exploit in-game bugs, wrong drop ratio, bugged NPC, L2walker buff bot, auto follow, etc. Report them to GMs immediately.
4.The use of personal information for benefit is not allowed!
5. Flood writing or repeating of absolute phrases in the common chat and the private ones as well is forbidden. Absolute requests for raising a level, giving items etc. will be disregarded.
6. The use of nicknames, containing offensive words and/or phrases, as well as presenting as GM is restricted. Users will be deleveled or banned. You can trust only the official GMs, presented on the web-site.
7. The use of any malicious code is forbidden.
8. You cannot advertise or sell any items to gain money or perform any other commercial deal.
9. Do not! give out your account details! if you do give out your passwords etc, then you are responsable for that and it is your own problem when you lose items!
10.If you Loose Chars/Accaunts/Equip due to Server problem or your Problem we wont give you your Chars/Accaunts/Equip back.

Rules for Players:

1. The player isn’t allowed to discuss the Admin’s actions.
2. The player isn’t allowed to use bugs in his own or somebody else’s benefit, regardless the type of the bugs.
3. The player isn’t allowed to argue with the GMs.
4. The player isn’t allowed to gossip.
5. It is forbidden to beg the Admin or/and GMs for items, money, etc..
6a. The player isn’t allowed to use any software that changes the type of packets sent to the server. This forbids also software that alters statistics and speed.
6b. It is absolutely forbidden to use 3rd party programs!
(l2walker, hlapex, debuggers, bot programs, auto clickers, packet editors, etc)
7. The player isn’t allowed to use bugs in our Lineage World, when you encounter a bug please make a print screen and post it in the designated place in the forum.
8. It is desirable that the players read the forum regularly and to get informed whether the server will be stopped or restarted, as well as reading the Punishments.
9. Sniping on Monters (Mobs) is forbidden, this means when you attack a Mob from a place where the Mob can't attack you back.
10. If you lend out items or weapons to friends or who ever we are not held responsible for getting you that item back.

Rules for Gm's:

1.Every Gm that the Developer Team Will recruit into the Gm's Team will be a Trained GM.
2.GMs/HighGM are not allowed to give items, money, help players with their quests, sieges and clan wars, as well as disturbing the players game!.
3.Gm's/HighGM Not premitted to Teleport eny regualr Player.
Regualr Players have Global GateKeppers and Regular Gatekeppers for that.
4.Gm's/HighGM Not premitted to Give Expirianse(XP)/Skill Points (SP)/Enchant your equip.
5.Gm's Not premitted to Do server Restart or Server ShutDown unless one of the Developers or the HighGM will Confirm That.
6.Gm Trained by the HighGm and the Developers for the first week or two weeks.
7.TrainedGM/GM not Allowed to Spawn or Delete Eny kind of Mobs or NPC in towns or in Leveling/Farmin zones.
8.Gm's/TrainedGm's/HighGm not Allowed to Spawn eny RB for no reason only if its a part of an Event.
9.All Gm's/HighGm's/Dev Allowed to Do Events.

PUNISHEMTS For Gms/HighGm:

Punishments that could be used depending on the violation:
-Gms/Highgm will be warned.
- Gms/Highgm accounts may be erased.
- Gms/Highgm may get an account ban from the server aswell as for the forum.
This can be an IP-ban too depending on severity.
-Gms/Highgm may loose his Acsess lvl (Lose his Gm Status).

Rights:

1. Players have off course the right to play!
2. The Admin is allowed to change the rules without notifying the players.
3. The Admin is allowed to do whatever he wants/needs to do without giving explanation to anybody.
4. GMs is allowed to give warnings if they find any violation.
5. GMs, Admins & DEVs are allowed to re/place bans if they have been offended and write it up in the designated area in the forum.
6. The players are allowed to warn other players and to inform the GMs.
7. GMs are allowed to check for hacks, restricted items, which includes going through the personal and clan inventory.
8. If you lose your password or the account, or they get changed by someone else, we are not responsible for that so they will not be restored.
9. GMs are not allowed to give back money, items or skills lost due to bugs in the server, restart or crash.

PUNISHEMTS:

Punishments that could be used depending on the violation:
- Players may be fossilized for 30 minutes or 4 hours.
The fossilization will only ware off if the characters stays ingame.
- Players may be deleveled.
- Players accounts may be erased.
- Players may get an account ban from the server aswell as for the forum.
This can be an IP-ban too depending on severity.
- bot programs and packet editors are logged in various ways on l2 eXoDoCy, if you are logged you will receive a full ban.
- Players may have a Chat Ban for 30 minutes or 4 hours.
The Chat Ban will only ware off if the characters stays ingame.

If you find any violation from the above described rules and/or know somebody that did violate these rules, please post it ( with a screenshot if available) in the designated place on the forum. The punishment will be defined by the GMs according to the violation.
