Suggestion

i have a suggestion, for the new coming high rate server...
incase of upcoming custom farming zones, edit the life leech ability from raid jewels and from buffs like this : 1st mob hit - full leech 2nd - 1/2 3rd 1/4 4th 1/8 5th 1/16 and so on...
althought its kamael feature i seen it done on other server... its affects warlord/dreadnought, destroyer/titan scavanger/bountyhunter/fortuneseeker artisan/warsmith/maestro aoe solo farming

another suggestion is to put some special items at raid bosses so if some1 kill them Has a CHANCE to take them not surely

well raku and doom thx for your suggestions i wanna mention i saw a lots of good things on other servers too same as i saw alots of bad things on other servers too and for all my Lineage2 Life as a Server Developer i understood that not always what i see its possible to do so.

i am saying it not because its unpossible maybe for someone who have more knowlage then me can do it with no problems but i feel sorry and my Knowlages about Server Developing are not that High as the peoples who sit in L2J or Emu Developing team.

about the Costum Zones its possible i have done it before and i can do it again.

about the RB actually me and [Admin]LurkerElf have same Opinion about RB and the last thing i can say its that peoples who will want Dynatsy or Epic will need to kill few RB's to get it when the server will be done.

what about making and another rull? MAKe a rull that says if some1 dont speak englisha at shout (!) or at hero voice (%) will get jailed and can be warned up at 3 times?^^
